Rockstar Perks: Benefits of Living with an Owner & Operator
Welcome to another edition of Rockstar Perks where we go over all of the perks that our Rockstar residents enjoy at our communities. This month, we are going to touch on some of the benefits of choosing to live at a community owned and operated by the same team of people, opposed to an individual landlord or just a management company. Residents, we want to hear from you! What are some of the perks you enjoy at our communities?
Managing communities is what we wake up to do every day and we take pride in doing our job well! With a large team backing us, we are able to properly manage a larger community and better care for our residents than an individual landlord could. With larger communities comes more “green space”, an empty space on a property that has the potential to house new amenities for our residents, for us to take advantage of which increases our resident’s community enjoyment.
At our communities we strive to cultivate great amenities for all of our residents to enjoy. From pools to game rooms, we want there to be something on property for everyone. In addition, all of our communities are pet friendly and we are sure to have amenities onsite for our furry residents as well.
We are resident oriented and with so many places to choose from when you decide to live at a community, we take advantage of every opportunity possible to enrich our resident's lives any way that we can. For that reason, we not only supply our residents with amenities, but also community events! We want our residents to get to know one another and enjoy themselves while doing so. Even with current world events, we continue to provide our residents with events like drive thru hot dogs and pizza food trucks.
Team Members You Know
With companies that only manage properties or own them, turnover is frequent. One day when your community sells or the property management company leaves, they may take their entire team with them or come in with a completely new team to replace the current one. With an owner operator, teams stick around for longer and if long term team members leave, it’s usually due to them getting promoted within our company!
