To maintain occupancy she trains on resident retention through reputation management while keeping websites found to keep a steady stream of leads coming in. Tracey also trains on social media, specialized sales platforms including lead management, and tools throughout the portfolio while she oversees the company’s digital marketing efforts while partnering with vendors. Tracey keeps up with current trends and attends conferences to ensure Rockstar is staying ahead. Leading innovation with ideas to implement with her team such as; VLC's on all sites to show 3D tours virtually with VR goggles and adding voice technology to make life easy for residents is also a passion of hers. Tracey has over 15 years experience in the Multifamily Industry, holding various positions on-site leading to Marketing Director over 8,000 units across 25+ properties at a time, where she has spent the last 8 is developing innovative websites, training, and digital marketing efforts. Tracey enjoys spending time with her family and two boys, Ty & Luke. Traveling whenever possible and watching sports.
