The right candidate will be sales driven, a multi tasker, a proven team builder and will provide top notch customer service, tech savvy and financial management skills. Full time leasing consultant needed in Humble, Baytown, Rosenberg, or Corpus Christi/Kingsville. Saturdays are required. Candidates must have leasing experience preferably at a lease up. The right candidate will be sales driven, a multi-tasker, and will provide top notch customer service, tech-savvy and have marketing experience. Yardi & Knock experience a huge plus. NAA NALP designation encouraged.
Full-time maintenance supervisor needed in Humble, Baytown, Rosenberg, or Corpus Christi/Kingsville. Saturdays are required. Candidates must have HVAC experience. The right candidate will be experienced in all aspects of apartment maintenance, have prior experience on a minimum 250-unit site, be a multi-tasker, shows leadership skills, provide top notch customer service, and be adept at managing open work orders/scheduling and managing technicians.
Full-time maintenance technician needed in Humble, Baytown, Rosenberg, or Corpus Christi/Kingsville. Saturdays are required. Candidates must have experience meeting OSHA guidelines. The right candidate will be experienced in all aspects of apartment maintenance, have prior experience on a minimum 250-unit site, be a multi-tasker, provide top notch customer service, and be adept at managing open work orders and assisting make ready technicians in preparing units for lease.
Rockstar’s Groundskeepers contribute to the community’s success by creating an inviting environment that makes people want to call our communities home. We’re looking for a customer focused individual who enjoys hands-on work and being part of a team. The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the community’s curb appeal and keeping all areas of the community clean and attractive for residents and guests. Groundskeepers contribute to community retention efforts by taking initiative in maintaining community appearance and always providing the highest level of customer service.
