Three Rockstar Capital Communities Have Ranked in the Elite 1%

We are so happy to announce that three of our communities, Westwood Village, Northlake Manor, and Park at Deerbrook, have all ranked within ORA's Elite 1% for the nation. But what is ORA, and why is it so crucial to our apartment communities?

ORA stands for Online Reputation Assessment and is an overall score totaled from all of an apartment community's review sites.

From J Turner's website, "J Turner Research announces the 2020 Elite 1% ORA™ Power Ranking of properties with the best online reputation in the nation as determined based on individual ORA™ scores.

A total of 1,303 properties made it to the ORA™ Elite club. In its seventh year, this annual ranking is released in association with Multifamily Executive, our media partner.

The ORA™ Power Ranking is based on the relative strength of over 122,000 properties across various review sites and ILSs. It is an independent ranking; a property or a management company is not required to be a J Turner Research client to qualify for the monthly rankings."

Since 2016, at least three of our communities have made the Elite 1% list. Also, our community Westwood Village made this list and was also awarded HAA's property of the year award earlier in 2020.
